Tradecast is strictly a technology provider and an educational platform. We are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor or Research Analyst. The mathematical algorithms, backtests, and quantitative models provided on this platform are for educational and analytical purposes only. We do not provide trading tips, stock recommendations, or "blackbox" signals. Options trading is highly risky, and you are fully responsible for any capital loss incurred.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tradecast ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using this Platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Tradecast provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including algorithmic execution tools, backtesting interfaces, and educational content. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Tradecast assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. Broker API Integration
You may choose to connect third-party brokerage APIs (such as Dhan) to your Tradecast account. By doing so, you grant Tradecast permission to route webhook payloads to these APIs on your behalf, solely based on the structural models you have actively enabled. Tradecast is not responsible for slippage, API downtime, or execution failures caused by third-party brokerages.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Static IP addresses, and Broker API keys. You agree to immediately notify Tradecast of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
5. Modifications to Service
Tradecast reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Tradecast shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
